Log In and Out of Kineviz

To use Kineviz, you’ll need to create a user account, and then log in.

See Install Kineviz Desktop to download, install, and log in to a stand-alone application.

Create a Kineviz User Account

  • Go to Kineviz Login to create an account.

    For Kineviz Enterprise, contact your system administrator for login credentials.

To create a user account:

  1. In your Chrome browser, visit the Kineviz Login page and click SIGN UP.

  2. In the sign-up form, enter the information required to create your user account.

    • Your Email. You’ll use this to log in.

    • A Password.

    • The password again, in Confirm Password.

    • Your First Name and Last Name.

    • Your City.

    • Click the Terms of Use checkbox.

  3. Click Sign Up.

    A message indicates that your account was successfully created (or flags errors you must fix).

Log In to Kineviz

Once registered as a user, you can log in.

To log in to Kineviz:

  1. In your Chrome browser, visit the GraphXR Login page.

  2. Enter your user name (i.e. the Email used to create the account) and your Password and click LOGIN.

    Upon successful login, the Kineviz Projects page displays.

Manage Your User Account

Go to the user menu at the top of the Projects page to edit your Kineviz account settings or log out.

Update Account Details

  • Select Settings to review your account details, change your password, or delete your account. Click Update to update your account, or click Projects at the upper left of the browser to close the dialog without making any changes.

  • Select Logout to log out of Kineviz.

    If you are an administrator of a multi-user account, you’ll see an Admin item on the User menu to open your administrator panel.

Select UI Language

Use the language selector at the top right of the Projects page to switch between default English, Chinese, or Spanish user interfaces.

Access Kineviz Documentation

Click links at the bottom of the browser window to open user guides and release notes available on the Kineviz Help Center.

  • Help opens Kineviz user documentation.

  • The version number at the bottom of the browser window opens the release notes for the current Kineviz version.

User Community

Click links at the bottom of the browser window for:

  • A Discord invitation to join the Kineviz Discord community.

Log Out of Kineviz

To log out of Kineviz:

  • In the Projects page, select Log Out from the user menu on the top right.

    OR

  • In an open project, click the Kineviz logo at the bottom left of the window, and choose Logout on the menu.
