Import a Project

An entire project can be exported, which is useful for delivering demonstrations or tutorial projects to another user, or simply to save a project offline for future use.

Once downloaded to your system as a .graphxrproject file, the project can be imported into any Kineviz or Kineviz Desktop account at any time.

To import an exported project:

  1. Go to the Projects home page and click Import Project.

  2. Navigate to the .graphxrproject file on your system, and click Open.

    The project is imported with (imported) appended to its original name, and is automatically opened. You can edit the project name as follows if desired.

    1. Go to the Projects home page.

    2. Click the project’s settings menu, and select Edit.

    3. In the Edit Project dialog, enter a new name, and click Confirm.
