Kineviz Files Kineviz Files lets you manage file-based assets including Agent system prompt and skills files, Grove notebooks, internal KoreDB database files, image files, and more. You can: Verify that your Kineviz project includes needed files. Import and export files. Create, open, and edit text files directly. Organize assets in new or existing folders. The default Files icon located on the left panel menu just below the Projects icon opens the file manager panel. Review and create files Files imported or created in the project appear in the Files panel, and To review managed files: Open the Files panel and click to open a folder. Select a file and click the information icon at the top of the list to preview its contents, size, and the date it was last modified. To create a new folder and file: Click the Files left menu icon located on the left menu just below the Project icon. In the file manager panel, click the create folder icon to create a new folder, or open an existing folder. A file you create will be placed in the currently selected folder. To put it in a new folder, you must create the new folder first. Click to select the folder, then click the create file icon. Enter a file name and valid extension (e.g. Test.md) and click Create. The new file opens in a floating Text Editor panel. Edit text files You can edit a text file present in the file manager at any time, including those you import or create. A new file created in the Files panel is automatically opened in the Text Editor panel. For an existing file, right-click and select Open /Edit to open it in the Text Editor. To edit a text file: Open the Files panel and locate the file. Click to select and highlight the file. Right-click and select Open / Edit. The file opens in a floating Text Editor panel. A markdown(.md) file includes a Preview tab to see the rendered text. Enter changes to the text file, click Save, and close the editor window. In some cases the file may open in a Text Editor panel docked to the left menu. If this happens, you can click the floating panel icon at the top right corner of the panel to un-dock it.
