Export Data Views GraphXR’s GXRF files and snapshot archives enable you to export views that retain the data as well as the 3D layout and perspective of the graph. An archive of current snapshots is exported from the Snapshots pane or title bar using the Save Snapshots button or icon. For details see Working with Snapshots. In the Project > Data tab, you can export GXRF files using: Save GXRF to export a single GXRF file of the data currently in the project space. Export All Views to export all of the project’s saved views. An exported GXRF files receives the Project name, View name (if any) and the .graphxr extension. For example: Demo2_Crime.graphxr If the data have not yet been saved as a view, the view name is numbered as the nth view saved from that project. For example: Demo2 (1).graphxr Exporting a GXRF file Use Save GXRF to export a single file of the data currently in the project space, whether it is saved as a view or not. To export a single GXRF file: Click the Project panel and Data tab. Click Save GXRF. Once exported, the file name appears in the Downloads tab of your Chrome browser window. You can re-import it by drag and drop from there. OR In the Project > Data tab click the Import Views button, navigate to the file and click Open. Exporting all data views Use Export All Views to export all the saved views currently in the project. The saved views are loaded to the project space and then exported one by one. They receive the project name and the view name. An exported view does not retain its original date of creation or modification. To export a all saved views: Click the Project panel and Data tab. Click Save GXRF. Once exported, each file name appears in the Downloads tab of your Chrome browser window. You can re-import any of the views by drag and drop. OR In the the Project > Data tab click the Import Views button, navigate to the file you want and click Open.
