Managing User Feedback

The Feedback Manager panel lets you review and respond to email received through users' email Feedback provided on the GraphXR Projects page.

05 01 Feedback ProjectPage

The automated form includes user details and the text of the message, as well as the version of GraphXR that was in use.

The email messages are logged in the admin Feedbacks panel.

05 02 Feedback AdminPage

You can:

  • Log your response to a user’s email.

    05 03 Feedback Marks
  • Sort messages on any of the fields.

  • Search for specific text (i.e. email, subject or content) and selected time period.

  • Export Selected (or All) user messages as a .CSV file.
